Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ⅓ cup guacamole
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion
  • ⅓ cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup vegan sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Spread guacamole on tostadas. Top with beans, tomato, onion, bell pepper, lettuce, and sour cream.
