Black Bean Fiesta Tostadas

Ingredients
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ⅓ cup guacamole
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- ⅓ cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
Instructions
- Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spread guacamole on tostadas. Top with beans, tomato, onion, bell pepper, lettuce, and sour cream.
