Cheesy Beef and Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg gluten free linguine
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder; stirring until blended.
  3. Place pasta mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over pasta; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup gluten free Caesar dressing
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
