Cheesy Beef and Pasta Bake
Easy Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1½ lb lean ground beef
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 (12-oz) pkg gluten free linguine
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and place in a large bowl. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder; stirring until blended.
- Place pasta mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over pasta; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup gluten free Caesar dressing
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
