One-Pot Taco Spaghetti
Garlic BreadIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 4 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add taco seasoning, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and water; stir to combine.
- Add spaghetti; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped tomato. Top with sour cream.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake bread according to package directions. Slice into serving-size pieces. Reserve remaining bread for another meal.
