Chicken with Creamy Dill Sauce
Pancetta Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ tsp salt, divided
- ¾ tsp pepper, divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.

- 1 (4-oz) pkg diced pancetta
- 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on 2 large rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer. Roast 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
