Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ tsp salt, divided
  • ¾ tsp pepper, divided
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.

  • 1 (4-oz) pkg diced pancetta
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on 2 large rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer. Roast 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
