Greek-Style Steak with Tomato-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb top sirloin steak
  • 1½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • 1½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup Greek vinaigrette
  • 1⅓ cups crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning.
  2. Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
  3. Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Thinly slice steak across the grain, and serve alongside salad.
