Greek-Style Steak with Tomato-Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb top sirloin steak
- 1½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 2 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 1½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup Greek vinaigrette
- 1⅓ cups crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning.
- Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
- Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain, and serve alongside salad.
