French Bread Spinach Dip-Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) container spinach artichoke dip
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • ½ (14-oz) French bread, halved lengthwise
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together dip, Parmesan, and chicken.
  2. Spread mixture on cut sides of bread, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bacon. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Slice to serve.

  • ½ (5-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
