French Bread Spinach Dip-Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) container spinach artichoke dip
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ½ (14-oz) French bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together dip, Parmesan, and chicken.
- Spread mixture on cut sides of bread, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bacon. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Slice to serve.

- ½ (5-oz) pkg spring mix
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
