Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, cubed and softened

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
  2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add soup, broth, and dressing mix to skillet; stir until blended. Add cream cheese; cook, stirring occasionally, until blended and thoroughly heated. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam green beans according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and return to pot. Add butter and pepper; toss.
