Ingredients
- 2¼ lb tilapia fillets
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 cups crushed salt and vinegar kettle cooked potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Brush top of fish with mayonnaise; press crushed chips over top of fish.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen deli style seasoned potato wedges
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
