Crunchy Crusted Tilapia

Seasoned Potato Wedges and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2¼ lb tilapia fillets
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 cups crushed salt and vinegar kettle cooked potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush top of fish with mayonnaise; press crushed chips over top of fish.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen deli style seasoned potato wedges
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
