Turkey-Pesto Panini

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon
- 1 jar rustic basil pesto
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 (14-oz) loaves ciabatta bread, halved
- 1 lb deli sliced less sodium turkey
- 12 slices havarti cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Stir together pesto and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread.
- Layer bacon, cheese, and turkey over pesto mixture on bread bottoms. Cover with bread tops, spread side down. Coat outsides of sandwiches with cooking spray.
- Cook sandwiches, in a large skillet (or a panini press) over medium heat, pressing sandwich down using a heavy skillet, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until toasted.
