Pecan Praline Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Stir together brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until blended. Add flour, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans. Let batter sit at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 2 (12-count) miniature muffin pans heavily with baking spray with flour. Spoon batter into prepared pans and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until centers are set. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
