Garlic-Butter Steak Bites
Roasted Potatoes and BroccoliIngredients
- 2 lb (2-inch-thick) boneless top sirloin steak
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (3.5-oz) stick garlic and herb butter, cubed
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Cook steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned on all sides.
- Return all steak to skillet. Add butter; toss until butter is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- 1 (2-lb) pkg frozen deli style potato wedges
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss broccoli with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook potatoes and broccoli according to package directions.
