Garlic-Butter Steak Bites

Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (2-inch-thick) boneless top sirloin steak
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (3.5-oz) stick garlic and herb butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Cook steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  2. Return all steak to skillet. Add butter; toss until butter is melted.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) pkg frozen deli style potato wedges
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Toss broccoli with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
