Ramen Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 (3-oz) pkg chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 cup matchstick cut carrots
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup oyster sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Discard seasoning packets from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions, adding carrots and broccoli during last two minutes of cooking; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Whisk together broth, oyster sauce, vinegar, oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and ginger. Add to beef in skillet; bring to a boil, and stir in noodle mixture. Toss to coat with sauce.
