Ramen Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 (3-oz) pkg chicken flavored ramen noodles
- 1 cup matchstick cut carrots
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup oyster sauce
- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Discard seasoning packets from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions, adding carrots and broccoli during last two minutes of cooking; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Whisk together broth, oyster sauce, vinegar, oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and ginger. Add to beef in skillet; bring to a boil, and stir in noodle mixture. Toss to coat with sauce.
