Pork with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Buttered Peas and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
  2. Add cream, broth, and mustard to skillet; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until thickened. Serve sauce over pork.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
