Poodles Eating Noodles Spaghetti Nests

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 24 frozen Italian style meatballs, thawed
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Add ½ cup pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning; toss. Divide pasta mixture among cups of 2 lightly greased 12-cup muffin pans, pressing down gently.
- Place a meatball in center of each muffin cup.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp pasta sauce over each meatball; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans 5 minutes before serving.
