Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 24 frozen Italian style meatballs, thawed
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add ½ cup pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning; toss. Divide pasta mixture among cups of 2 lightly greased 12-cup muffin pans, pressing down gently.
  3. Place a meatball in center of each muffin cup.
  4. Spoon about 1 Tbsp pasta sauce over each meatball; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans 5 minutes before serving.
