Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg carrots
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (7.33-oz) bag pita chips

Instructions

  1. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, carrots, green onion, lemon zest, and garlic powder in a large bowl until blended.
  2. Cut carrots, celery, and cucumbers into sticks. Serve dip with vegetable sticks, tomatoes, and pita chips.
