Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup plus 2 Tbsp chopped dill pickles, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2½ Tbsp minced fresh dill, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
  • 5 carrots, cut into sticks

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended and smooth. Beat in ⅓ cup chopped pickles, garlic, lemon zest, and 2 Tbsp dill until blended.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with 2 Tbsp chopped pickles and ½ Tbsp dill. Serve with potato chips and carrots.
