Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup plus 2 Tbsp chopped dill pickles, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2½ Tbsp minced fresh dill, divided
- 1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
- 5 carrots, cut into sticks
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended and smooth. Beat in ⅓ cup chopped pickles, garlic, lemon zest, and 2 Tbsp dill until blended.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and top with 2 Tbsp chopped pickles and ½ Tbsp dill. Serve with potato chips and carrots.
