Chicken Salad in Phyllo Cups

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup diced celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- ½ cup finely chopped roasted and salted almonds
- 1 small Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3 (1.9-oz) pkg frozen mini phyllo dough shells
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients except phyllo shells in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover, and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Spoon chicken salad into phyllo cups; serve immediately.
