Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (4.25-oz) pkg table water crackers
- 1 (7-oz) bag bagel crisps
- 1 (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ (7-oz) pkg thin sliced Italian dry salami
- ½ lb seedless red grapes
Instructions
- Beat butter, cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and pepper in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.
- Allow cheese mixture to come to room temperature before serving with crackers, bagel crisps, prosciutto, salami, and grapes.
