Turkey Reuben and Pickle Bites

Ingredients
- 12 slices rye bread
- ½ cup thousand Island dressing
- 12 Swiss cheese slices
- ½ lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 (14.5-oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 12 mini dill pickles
- 12 wooden picks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread into 2½-inch squares and place on a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted.
- Spread dressing over toasted bread. Cut cheese slices into 2½-inch squares; layer over dressing. Top with turkey, sauerkraut, and pickles. Skewer with wooden picks, if desired.
