Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Legs
Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Brown Sugar Green BeansIngredients
- 3 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Place chicken in a greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Stir together barbecue sauce and dressing mix; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until chicken is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (4.7-oz) pkg cheesy scalloped potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook beans in boiling water to cover 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Add beans and brown sugar; cook, stirring, 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
