Bacon-Broccoli Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg cheese tortellini
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • ½ (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli separately according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  3. Heat sauce in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add broccoli and tortellini, stirring to blend. Sprinkle with bacon.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg spring mix

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
