Bacon-Broccoli Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg cheese tortellini
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- ½ (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta and broccoli separately according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp.
- Heat sauce in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add broccoli and tortellini, stirring to blend. Sprinkle with bacon.

- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ½ (5-oz) pkg spring mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
