Chicken-Bacon-Spinach Pasta Pizza

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 5 slices bacon, chopped
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well.
- Beat egg lightly in a medium bowl; stir in spaghetti and ½ cup cheese. Press mixture in an even layer on a greased pizza pan. Bake 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Cook chicken and mushrooms in hot drippings in skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Gradually add spinach, stirring until wilted.
- Spread Alfredo sauce over baked spaghetti; top with chicken mixture, bacon, and ½ cup cheese.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
