Sun-Dried Tomato Beef Burgers
French Fries with Balsamic Ketchup

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Drain tomatoes, reserving 1 Tbsp oil from jar. Finely chop tomatoes. Combine beef, Italian seasoning, and chopped tomatoes in a medium bowl; shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; top each with 1 slice cheese, and let stand until melted.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in hot reserved oil (from jar) in a skillet over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until very tender. Stir in vinegar, and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve cheese-topped patties, onions, and lettuce on toasted buns.

- 10 oz frozen French fries
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp ground mustard
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Stir together ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard in a bowl. Serve with fries.
