Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ (5.2-oz) pkg garlic and herbs Gournay cheese
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage, onion, and crushed red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly.
  2. Stir in broth. Gradually add kale, covering skillet between each addition, until kale is wilted.
  3. Add garlic and herbs cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Add gnocchi; cook, stirring 5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
