Creamy Sausage, Kale, and Gnocchi

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 cups chopped kale
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ (5.2-oz) pkg garlic and herbs Gournay cheese
- ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage, onion, and crushed red pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in broth. Gradually add kale, covering skillet between each addition, until kale is wilted.
- Add garlic and herbs cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add gnocchi; cook, stirring 5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
