Cheesy Everything Chicken Croissants

Ingredients

  • 12 mini croissants or slider buns
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut croissants in half, and arrange bottom halves tightly in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread mustard on croissants in dish. Layer with 12 half cheese slices, chicken, 12 half cheese slices, and croissant tops.
  3. Combine seasoning and melted butter. Brush mixture on top of croissants. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
