Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Place in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Stir together mayonnaise, cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread mixture over chicken .
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is browned and done.

Side Dish Instructions

- Cook zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, and lemon zest in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
