Sticky Honey Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
  3. Stir together cold water and cornstarch; add to saucepan, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened.
  4. Place chicken in a large bowl; add honey mixture, and toss.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together broccoli and oil on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Bake 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
