Cheesy Ham and Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed French bread
- 4 oz deli sliced low sodium ham, chopped
- ½ cup shredded 75% reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 5 large eggs
- ¾ cup reduced fat ultra filtered milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Sprinkle bread into an 8-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with ham and cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder, thyme, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Slowly pour over ham and cheese in dish. Cover, and chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Let casserole stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center is puffed and set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
