Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sliced peaches (3 cups)
  • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • Chopped fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process frozen peaches, milk, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. .
  2. Divide smoothie among 4 serving bowls. Top with berries, fresh peach, nuts, and mint, if using.
