Peach-Yogurt Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen sliced peaches (3 cups)
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 2 (6-oz) cartons low-fat peach yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
- 1 peach, sliced
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- Chopped fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Process frozen peaches, milk, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. .
- Divide smoothie among 4 serving bowls. Top with berries, fresh peach, nuts, and mint, if using.
