Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza
Apples with Honey-Yogurt Dip
- ½ (10-oz) pkg thin-and-crispy pizza crusts
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Stir together dressing and mustard; spread a thin layer over crust. Sprinkle with 1½ cups mozzarella.
- Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan, and ½ cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 crisp red apple (such as Fuji)
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
- Thinly slice apple, and serve with yogurt for dipping.
- Stir together yogurt and honey in a small bowl.
