Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza

Apples with Honey-Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ (10-oz) pkg thin-and-crispy pizza crusts
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ lb deli chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Stir together dressing and mustard; spread a thin layer over crust. Sprinkle with 1½ cups mozzarella.
  3. Top with chicken fingers, Canadian bacon, Parmesan, and ½ cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with thyme.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 crisp red apple (such as Fuji)
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Thinly slice apple, and serve with yogurt for dipping.
  2. Stir together yogurt and honey in a small bowl.
