Ingredients
- 1 (28-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Process tomatoes, tomatoes and green chiles, cilantro, jalapeños, and garlic in a food processor or blender until chunky.
- Add onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; pulse until combined.
- Store salsa, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 week.
