Tangy Broccoli and Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup stone-ground Dijon mustard 
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 bunches broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg sweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels and add to mayonnaise mixture. Stir in broccoli florets, grapes, cranberries, and sunflower seeds; toss.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
