Tangy Broccoli and Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup stone-ground Dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 bunches broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
- 1 (7-oz) pkg sweetened dried cranberries
- ½ cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a large bowl; set aside.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels and add to mayonnaise mixture. Stir in broccoli florets, grapes, cranberries, and sunflower seeds; toss.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 days.
