Grilled Corn on the Cob with Basil Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper
  • 10 ears fresh corn, shucked

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
  2. Stir together butter, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Tear foil into 12-x 10-inch rectangles. Spread butter mixture over foil the length and width of each ear of corn. Wrap foil around corn, folding down edges and twisting ends to seal.
  4. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until corn is tender.
