Slow Cooker Spicy Boiled Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 2 (16-oz) bags raw peanuts, in shell
  • ½ cup Creole seasoning
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine peanuts, Creole seasoning, wing sauce, and garlic in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Add enough water to cover peanuts.
  2. Cover, and cook on HIGH 18 to 24 hours or until peanuts are soft.
  3. Drain, and store in zip-top bags in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
