Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup minced green onion
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
  • Dippers: carrots, celery, radishes, cucumber, bell pepper, green beans

Instructions

  1. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, dill, horseradish, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
  2. Serve with desired vegetables.
