Ingredients
- 2½ lb ground chuck
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 (15-oz) can beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 (1-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- 12 individual-size bags corn chips or nacho-cheese Doritos
- 1 (8-oz) bag shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 (8-oz) bags shredded fiesta-blend cheese
- 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (16-oz) container prepared guacamole
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
- Cook ground chuck and onions in a Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to pan.
- Stir in broth, tomato sauce, and seasoning mix; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
- To serve, cut open chip bags, and fill each with desired amount of meat, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, black olives, and green onions.
