Tomato, Olive, and Feta Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg orzo
- 1 pint multicolor grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup halved pitted kalamata olives
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 6 green onions, sliced
- ¾ cup lemon vinaigrette
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl.
- Add tomatoes, olives, feta, basil, onions, and vinaigrette; toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature.
