Garlic Broccolini
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 bunches Broccolini, trimmed
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Cook garlic and red pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute.
- Add Broccolini and water; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until Broccolini is crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
