Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 bunches Broccolini, trimmed
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic and red pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute.
  2. Add Broccolini and water; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until Broccolini is crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
