Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) pkg steam and mash potatoes
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl. Add butter; let stand until melted.
  2. Stir in cheese, onions, and milk; mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
