Ingredients
- 2 (24-oz) pkg steam and mash potatoes
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl. Add butter; let stand until melted.
- Stir in cheese, onions, and milk; mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
