Thyme-Garlic Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 3 lb baby carrots with tops, halved lengthwise (or use other carrots)
- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together carrots, thyme, garlic, oil, and honey on two foil-lined rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are beginning to brown and are tender.
