Cheeseburger Loaded Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen potato puffs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, shredded

Instructions

  1. Bake potato puffs according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Add flour, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Divide potato puffs between serving plates; top with beef mixture, cheese, and lettuce.
