One Dish Dinner
Cheeseburger Loaded Tater Tots

Ingredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen potato puffs
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, shredded
Instructions
- Bake potato puffs according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add flour, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Divide potato puffs between serving plates; top with beef mixture, cheese, and lettuce.
