Cheese and Sausage Bagel Thin Melts

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground lean turkey breakfast sausage
- 4 Tbsp ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ cup freshly shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 whole-grain bagel thins, split
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble; remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, green onions and hot sauce; spread evenly over cut sides of bagel thins.
- Top evenly with sausage and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
