Easy Beef Taco Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- ½ cup light sour cream
- 1 cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Cook ground beef, chili powder, cumin, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
- Add 2 to 3 Tbsp water, if desired.
- Serve seasoned beef mixture over shredded lettuce in bowls with salsa, sour cream, cheese and olives.
