- 1½ cups cubed watermelon
- 1½ cups cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Freeze melon overnight.
- Process frozen melon, milk, blueberries and honey in a food processor, scraping sides as needed.
- Add enough water to reach desired consistency.
- Pour evenly into 4 bowls; top with banana slices and chia seeds.
For an additional 70 calories, serve with a boiled egg.
