Melon-Berry Smoothie Bowl

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cubed watermelon
  • 1½ cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Freeze melon overnight.
  2. Process frozen melon, milk, blueberries and honey in a food processor, scraping sides as needed.
  3. Add enough water to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour evenly into 4 bowls; top with banana slices and chia seeds.

Note:

For an additional 70 calories, serve with a boiled egg.
