  • 4 (8.8-oz) pouches long-grain ready rice
  • 2 (15-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl.
  2. Add beans, cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
