Quick Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 (8.8-oz) pouches long-grain ready rice
- 2 (15-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; spoon into a large bowl.
- Add beans, cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
- Serve warm or chilled.
