Chicken Pizzaiola with Spaghetti
Italian Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 2 (24-oz) jars pasta sauce
- 1 (5-oz) pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 (6-oz) boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded to ½-inch-thickness
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, pour pasta sauce into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Place Parmesan in a shallow dish; dredge chicken in cheese, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place chicken over sauce. Bake 15 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 475°F.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and pepperoni over chicken; bake 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta; season to taste.

- 1 (10-oz) bag Italian salad mix
- 1 (6-oz) pkg Italian style croutons
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss greens with croutons and vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
