Swiss Chicken
Fluffy Rice and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 cup white cooking wine (or use chicken broth)
- 2 (10-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1½ cups herb stuffing mix
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 6 chicken cutlets (about 1¾ lb)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk wine and soup until smooth.
- Toss together stuffing and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; top with cheese slices.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken and cheese; top with stuffing mix.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
