Swiss Chicken

Fluffy Rice and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white cooking wine (or use chicken broth)
  • 2 (10-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1½ cups herb stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 6 chicken cutlets (about 1¾ lb)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk wine and soup until smooth.
  3. Toss together stuffing and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  4. Place chicken in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; top with cheese slices.
  5. Pour soup mixture over chicken and cheese; top with stuffing mix.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 1½ cups instant rice
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen green beans
