Steak Bites with Sweet Dijon Sauce
Grilled Potato Packets and Grape Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless top sirloin steak
- ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp hot sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Place on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
- Grill 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Stir together mustard and remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Let steak stand 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Cut slices into bite-size pieces.
- Drizzle mustard mixture over steak.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2¼ lb russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss together potatoes, onion, oil, lemon rind, garlic powder and ½ tsp salt.
- Spread potato mixture onto 2 large pieces of heavy-duty foil; tightly seal packets.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packets once.
- Sprinkle tomatoes with ¼ tsp salt.
