Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 (24-oz) jars pasta sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain and stir in pasta sauce.
  3. Add Italian seasoning, garlic and cream cheese to pasta, and stir until cheese is melted and spaghetti is coated.
  4. Lightly grease a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Spread 2 cups meat sauce in dish. Add spaghetti mixture in an even layer, and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes.

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook beans according to package directions; drain, if needed.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds. Add beans, and season to taste. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
