Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Grilled Pizza Crust (from Grilled Pizza Crusts recipe)
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg fontina cheese, shredded (or use mozzarella)
  • 1½ cups packed spinach
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 small avocado, pitted, sliced and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Stir together Ranch dressing and mustard; spread over cooked side of grilled crust.
  4. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  5. Arrange spinach, tomatoes, Canadian bacon, chopped bacon, and avocado over crust; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  6. Place on grill rack; cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is browned.
