Grilled California Club PIzza
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Grilled Pizza Crust (from Grilled Pizza Crusts recipe)
- 1 (8-oz) pkg fontina cheese, shredded (or use mozzarella)
- 1½ cups packed spinach
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- 1 small avocado, pitted, sliced and cut into chunks
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Stir together Ranch dressing and mustard; spread over cooked side of grilled crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Arrange spinach, tomatoes, Canadian bacon, chopped bacon, and avocado over crust; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Place on grill rack; cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is browned.
